I don’t know about you, but I have been in the network marketing business for several years now.

Throughout those years, I had joined quite a few network marketing companies. Nothing new for you here, if you have also been around for quite some time like me.

The Most important Reason Why MLMers Quit

The number one reason MLMers quit is because multilevel marketing businesses keep altering their rules whenever they feel like!

If a network marketing company decides that the business is not showing the expansion they expected for the period of a specific year, they may modify the rules to make owners and share holders happy!

You see them even cutting commissions under the appearance of restructuring the payment plan for the better.

What a joke.

Maybe, just maybe, your upline leaders will NOT tell you the reality as it is.

Now, we know network marketing companies are run by individuals like us and so we can not expect perfection on their compensation plan executions -though more regularly than not, we overlook about this fact. The Managing persons are subject to the business Board of Directors profit expectations and so have economic pressures themselves like any other company.

But each time a company alters its rules, it will definitely have the capability of affecting you badly no matter how much your upline tries to cover it up. They may call this a new change in direction, or something similar, but the results are the same.

These changes will only make it difficult for you to recruit or market your product. If you have experienced this first hand you understand what I’m talking about!

Having plenty of trust in your or being the utmost presidential diamond amounts to zero if your company decides to drastically modify its plan. The sad reality is that at times they will they will do it, knowing that numerous independent distributors will lose their cars and homes in the process.

As soon as this occurs, lots of network marketers abandon the business they championed and sworn loyalty to the end. With that, they leave their distribuitors behind too. The MLM company will move on and start looking for new prospects. To them, it makes just good sense.

Three Reasons Why Even Solid Networkers Abandon Network Marketing Businesses

1.The organization closes its doors.

2.The MLM company forces the network marketing leaders to stop marketing the way they are doing it.

3.Inner politics with uplines and leaders arise.

Knowing these problems, you will realize that is in fact difficult to rely on network marketing as a viable long term organization model.

That does NOT mean that you should hate network marketing. No way! Believe in the business. It’s just that you have to be smarter and always keep a step ahead.

The good news is that, with any dilemma, there is all the time a solution to it.

Residual revenue can be produced if you learn to create leads and mlm leads on your own. When you begin generating leads by using list lead building techniques, you will be coming up with a record of dependable leads that the MLM company does not own. They are YOUR LEADS, not the company’s.

When you are promoting your network marketing business, do NOT promote your multilevel marketing company directly to your mlm leads. If you do that, you will lose control over your prospects.

We have to know that our multilevel marketing company’s website does not belong to us and that the network marketing leads we generate into our company do not belong completely to us as well.

That is why you are in fact killing your own business if you send your mlm leads at once to your MLM company or company’s website.

Please, learn to generate leads and keep your file of prospects to yourself.

This must not come as a shock to you. The majority of top leaders in the network marketing industry have known this secret for years.

So no more Down-LINE mlm building. In its place, use your own DOWN-LIST building!

This list of prospects and customers are your greatest asset and gold mine. You will have a list of dependable subscribers that will frequently be exposed to your opportunity over and over again – even if you move to 10 different multilevel marketing companies.
